Payments:

  • Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstance.
  • The remaining balance is due two months before departure *unless otherwise noted per the event details. 
  • Payment reminders and payment links will come via email from one of our team members.
  • Payment are made through our online system, but other payment options are available upon request.

Cancelation Policy: 

If you cancel the event: Cancelation policy per person:
0-60 days before the event Deposit and remaining balance is forefited
61+ days before the event Deposit is forefited
If The Sewing Workshop cancels the event You receive a full refund

Travel Insurance Required:

Attendees are required to purchase travel insurance, even if you do not work with a travel agent to make travel arrangements. Travel insurance can be made for travel arrangements and class fees for all events including Sew Kansas, multi-day workshops and international events in order to cover any of your costs if a cancelation is required. You can receive travel insurance for trip costs, not just airline travel. If an unforeseen cancelation by a participant is required after the 60-day deadline, the deposit and remaining balance is forfeited and you will be asked to go through your travel insurrance company to request reimbursement of your class fees. 

For travel insurrance, we recommend Allianz Travel Insurrance.
