This is the perfect look to transition from summer to fall weather. I'm starting to layer, but still want lightweight options. This has quickly become one of my favorite ensembles!
It all started with a Pin of an Eileen Fisher outfit that I knew I could recreate with our patterns.

The Bristol Top was just the right silhouette for the shirt. I loved how the original was a sheer knit and showed a silky camisole underneath. The look is polished but comfortable. Just the right amount of slouchy without going frumpy.
I chose a semi-sheer linen gauze knit for the Bristol Top. We have a rainbow of colors available in this fun fabric!
Note: Dry cleaning is recommended because the material can shrink up to 5 inches per yard. If you choose to wash, be sure to hand wash or use the delicate cycle.
For the pants, I went with the Valencia Pants in a cropped length. I like the wide leg and easy look. They are an easy make because there is no side seam - perfect for stripes or hard-to-match prints.
If you wanted to match the silhouette of the original Eileen Fisher look more closely, try the Quincy Pants for a relaxed fit that can be cuffed at the bottom.
