Broadcloth is characterized as a basic weave that features a crisp finish with a very fine crosswise rib. It is similar to, but finer than poplin This version of broadcloth combines silk and cotton, creating a luxurious version of the otherwise plain fabric.

The fabric is the sweetest light mint green and features a silky finish with a sheen. It would make a gorgeous Liberty Shirt, or a lovely, lightweight Tremont Jacket. The fabric has no stretch, a nice drape, and is suitable for shirts, jackets, and dresses.
