Our cocktail & recipe recommendation of the month: A Summer Strawberry Tart from bbcgoodfood.com
About the artist:
Gustav Klimt was an Austrian artist who was prolific in his works using painting, sketching, sculpture, and other forms of art. He was known as an artist who was passionate about his craft and rebelled against any kind of establishment. His work was expressive, risky, and often centered around women. Robert Kaufmann developed a line of panels featuring Klimt's stunning artworks. Our team came across these panels and was fascinated by the opportunity to use a panel in a Sewing Workshop pattern and we were immediately drawn to the Plaza Jacket. The panels pull from the details and textures found in his work. Every fabric features gold metallic accents, harkening back to Klimt's "golden phase". We have selected the Abstract Gold Metallic Panel as the free panel you will receive if you choose to participate in the June Artist Challenge. The panel is 100% Cotton and approx. 24" x 44".
