Join The Sewing Workshop team for a magical week in France sewing the La Fonda Jacket. This is a small-group trip for like-minded sewists who want to learn, create, and gather together in a gorgeous, inspirational space.

Where: Atelier Clos Mirabel, Pau, France

Workshop Cost: $3200 (non-refundable $1000 deposit due at registration)

Optional Non-participant Cost: $500 due upon registration

You will book your accommodation through Atelier Clos Mirabel. This cost is in addition to the Sewing Workshop fee. See the accommodations here.

In order to book your accommodation, Atelier Clos Mirabel will ask for €350 non-refundable deposit. The balance of payment for accommodation will be due to them 8 weeks before the workshop start date (April 27, 2027). At Atelier Clos Mirabel, every accommodation is different. All rooms are individually priced and booked on a first come, first served basis.

• Any meals not listed as included (most off-site meals)
• Any accommodation incidentals or supplementary services (access to laundry is available at Atelier Clos Mirabel)
• Optional excursions or entrance fees (additional trips to other cities such as Lourdes will be available to book at the beginning of your week at Atelier Clos Mirabel)
• Any items not specifically mentioned as included

Payment Schedule

Deposit due upon registration - $1000 (non-participant fee also due upon registration $500)

Final payment due February 19, 2027 – $2200 USD per person

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. The final payment for the event is February 19, 2027. Should you cancel on or after February 19, 2027, no refunds will be given.

Travel Insurance

Attendees are required to purchase travel insurance, even if you do not work with a travel agent to make travel arrangements. Travel insurance can be purchased for travel arrangements and tour fees in order to cover any of your costs if a cancellation is required. You can receive travel insurance for trip costs, not just airline travel. If an unforeseen cancellation by a participant is required, you will be asked to go through your travel insurance company to request reimbursement of your trip fees.
