Join Linda for an online workshop as she guides you through making a variation of the Florence Shirt pattern.

Learn from Linda Lee's expertise as she walks you through each step of creating your very own wearable wardrobe through her Sew Confident! video classes.

Say hello to the Florence Shirt in a totally new form! In this class, we are using the Florence Shirt pattern and transforming this button-front tunic into a classic shirt with a flowing collar & drape detail. We have designed a kit for this project using a soft, crinkly polyester fabric and matching buttons.

Techniques you will learn in the video workshop:

  • How to alter the Florence Shirt pattern to streamline the shape and details and add an origami-style draped collar
  • How to set in a sleeve
  • How to make a doublefold hem
  • How to sew buttonholes and buttons

The class consists of an instructional video class with Linda with all the techniques and content to create your very own garment. When you purchase the class, a link to the course page (where you will find all the video recordings and course materials) can be found in your account files.

When you purchase you will receive a link to your private course page. On your course page you will find:

  • The live Online Video Workshop via Zoom (can be watched later after the live event)
  • Access to the Zoom Q&A sessions or recordings
  • Your Materials List & Preparation Information
