Say hello to the Mayfair Coat! This pattern is a knee-length lightweight coat. unlined and loose-fitting with full-length sleeves. It has a double layer stand-up collar, a two-panel front with inseam pockets and an all-in-one upper front and front sleeve plus an inverted center back pleat. The garment is finished with a snap closure.

The kit collection for this garment features a water repellent rainwear fabric from Japan. Grab your kit in either White & Black or White & Camel.

Techniques you will learn in the workshop:

• How to work with water repellent fabric using the right thread, stitch length, seam and hem finishes and pressing techniques.
• How to make an inseam pocket
• How to miter a corner
• How to use pressing templates
• How to make a double layer open-edged collar
• How to sew on snaps

The class consists of an instructional video class and Zoom Q&A session with Linda, with all the techniques and content to create your very own garment.
