This is the non-refundable deposit payment for those that register for Single Occupancy during the Travel Stitching Event in 2026. Your next partial payment of $2,750 is due August 3, 2025.

When: May 3-8, 2026

Where: Salina Island - Sicily, Italy | Principe di Salina

Total Cost: $6,500 per person (non-refundable $1000 deposit due at registration)

Non-Participant: If you wish to add on a Non-Participant, please indicate this in your registration by paying deposits for both travelers. The non-participant fee is the same as the Deluxe Double Occupancy fee, $6500.

Deluxe Double Room Occupancy:

• Shared room guarantee; two king beds.
• A light airy suite with sea views from the terrace, located on the highest floor of the main house. Rooms feature a large double room, set up with two king-size beds.
• Room includes a lounge area and a large private terrace ideal for morning coffees or evening wine. The view is priceless.

Included:

• All hand sewing supplies and materials for the Travel Stitching Workshop
• Hotel accomodations at Principe di Salina
• All meals are included and listed in the itinerary
• Group transportation to and from Catania Airport (CTA) to Salina Island
• All excursions; cooking class, winery visit, Pollara beach day

Not Included:

• Round trip airfare
• Snacks, drinks, alcohol, added transportation requests across island, and any extra charges at Principe di Salina or Salina Island
• Travel Insurance

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due to secure your spot.

9 months before departure | August 3rd, 2025 | First Payment of $2,750: Half of remaining payment is due.

6 months before departure | November 3rd, 2025 | Final Payment of $2,750: Remaining payment is due.

Deposits will be due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. The Final Payment for the event will be due 6 months before the event (November 3rd, 2025). Should you cancel in writing before the 6 month deadline, the First Payment will be refunded. Should you cancel after the 6 month deadline, no refunds will be given.
